Sean Whitlock

I have lived in SLO County for 11 years, from graduating from Cal Poly SLO to living in Los Osos to now owning a home in Cambria. For years, I have worked as a certified arborist from Santa Barbara County to Monterey County, and through that work I have become very familiar with many neighborhoods across the entire Central Coast, from over the Santa Lucia Mountains to all up and down the coastal cities. 

My wife and I were so lucky to buy a house in Cambria in 2022. We train for marathons and love starting our Saturdays with a run up the coast and out San Simeon Creek. As an outdoorsman and all around waterman, I couldn’t be happier with the quality and quantity of recreational opportunity that this stretch of coast has to offer. With the majesty of the natural world all around you everywhere you look, Cambria is a place where it is easy to live long and prosper. 

I am very driven to really connect with everyone that I work with, to help you find or sell your own slice of heaven on Earth here in Cambria. Understanding who you are and what your goals are is paramount to my approach in this business.
